1- You always have your Knee's bent. So dit down on a chair with your legs pff the edge, you dont have to do this standing up! Or you could lie down on a bed or sofa (with your legs bent) and make sure everything is stratched, we want to reach into our colon.
2 the Colon is a horse shoe shape so it's from your lower hip edges to you ribs, or to the midlengh of your stomach.
3 When massaging you can use of knuckeles or your finger tips or you could use the heel of you hand, they all give presure so it be effective.
4 you start at the lower right, massage in circular movement and really reach into your stomach, dig in and push toward the left and the rectrom, the more you massage the more you get to know your colon.
5 Take really deep breath's make sure it reaches your stomach!
